As BJ said clear coolant is not good, it should be Green, early grands had a OAT coolant so Green usually at 50/50, if tank is murky use a piper to suck some out and see .................... I really don't see 120c oil temp as normal at all, TSB for fans was S49 but didnt think for earlier models but high oil temps will force a fan run .......
To see if it had the TSB done for the fans check on here, add your vin it may flash up with no listing but just wait a little bit and it should come up, sometimes what looks like an O (ooh) is actually a zero in the number....
