Default Transfer case/Gearbox problem
DXJ - spot on. Drive train wind up. It's a killer.
Shift to neutral, blip throttle, drive backwards - all will release tension on the drive train and come out of gear.....

If in 4WD Low - proceed with caution until certain you are back in 2HI or 4HI
