Advice needed please in strut replacement for 1995 Cherokee i.e. where to by and how much.

Brakes - why do jeeps have drums on rear? I thought they would have discs all around. Why is there two differect size, (nine or ten inch) brakes. Do I need to replace the wheel cylinders at the same time.
