Should I say? they were useless. They denied to my face the bleeding obvious. eg My brakes make a load shudder noise when slowing down or crawling under light braking. The dealer says there is no problem and its normal . I say i test drove 5 trucks before i buy from them and no evidense as experienced with mine. The Dealer (head foreman or whatever he professed to bef) went on and on about all my problems being normal. He sounded like a bloody parrot reading a script! Gave him a ear full....l I can't even get a reply from letters I send. Next stop -Head Office. Any one know the right channel
