how good are you with a welder
if you are careful here is a easy way to remove them
it the bolts are 3/8 take a5/16 flat washer and tack apiece of 12mm x 3mm flat bar
to the washer so it looks like this o== take this item when cool put over the broken stud so you can tap the flat with a small hammer in the direction that it would normaly undo NOW HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART YOU MUST PUT THE EARTH CLAMP ON THIS PIECE OF FLAT BAR!
have someone stand by with hose
just in ccase and fire extingiusure
and sheild fuel lines
###note disconnect battery and main ecm plug to protect it by putting the earth on the flat tab the current flow wont go any whare except through the washer####

weld the center hole in the washer to the top of the stud then wack weld with hammer what happens is the heated bolt contracts and shrinks in the hole
the flat bar gives you something to tap to rotate the bolt out of its hole

i know this may seem strange to some people but ihave done this at least 100 tmes before on grade 8 and grade 12 bolts these are hard to drill
by the way i am boilermaker 1st class welder by trade.
you just need to take care as you do this
