mudguards, bonnets and grills are all interchangeable from all cj5,6,7 and 8, 72 onwards,
all cj5 body tubs are the same dimension wise, there will be changes in body mounts through differnt years and firewalls, but you should be able to make them fit easy enough depending how good you are at fabricating. If your very good with a grinder and welder you could also shorten a cj6 body to cj5 spec, its actually pretty straight forward, done it twice myself.
windscreen frames are differnt too over the years but anything will fit so long as you change the windscreen frame hinges to suit, ie I have a cj7 windsreen frame on my 74 cj5 and I used the hinges from the cj7.
