Went out and bought a cheap bender yesterday as I have a few projects planned. It needs a bit of packing to do a really nice bend but for the rockrails it was just fine. So I took the pipe I had and bent it up.
The pipe is 3.2mm thick and the plate between the main rail and pipe is 8mm.
Tacked up, the bend is a little flat but OK.
And painted, I'll mount them tomorrow night.
