Maybe put the jerry can on the left side next to the door, and the spare on the right? Leaves underneath free for possible water tank, and more space at the rear for a wheel guard/table combination.
Maybe a larger piece of wood that sits flush against the left wall, and folds down to make a decent table? Could sit at the same height as the kitchen bench inside.
