Unfortunately in todays retail climate with the major chains taking over the larger percentage of the market the customers expectation have become (and are increasingly becoming) alot higher. The shop staff are the ones in the firing line. Thats why i got out of retail. Apart from the hours i was sick and tired of the 1 in 5 customers that would complain about nothing. Just cause there holding the money they think they can treat people like sh*te.
Business to Business can have its challenges too but it is aot friendlier.

what about the asshole retailers that feel that since they have the goods they can show no interest in your business at all.. like they are doing you a favour for being here.. and there are alot of them.. every dog has its day and chances are when you come across these types they are not generally always that bad... so long as your a regular customer and have a proven SPENDING history
