Upgrade your suspension to suit your driving needs, if you do the lift you might need a SKYE but it depends on how high you go with the lift. If going for bigger tyres then you will need ratios and might as well get lockers at the same time. Get a UHF radio and a good compressor. If you do all of the above you will spend the cash quickly!! As far as the seat goes there is a few options (overseas) but it's a bit hard to pick a seat unless you can sit in it and try it out, making sure its the right seat for you.
