i had an electronic shu roo on one of my cars during this period i didnt hit any roos but i seem to see more than i had prior to putting it on i guess because they stand up to see what it is
the downside to the electronic ones is the noise if you go into a town and forget to turn them off you will be getting people giving you a hard time
i now use the plastic stickon ones and find them realy good since i started using them i havent hit a roo (and i was averageing 1 a month) the other good thing if they cop a bird strike or get full of mud they are only $10 to replace so you can keep spares
