Once I get it dimensionally correct I was going to speak to one of the fab subbies we use and see what the cost is to get 10 or more laser cut and folded. They do lots of 1 off jobs and custom work to supplement the larger project stuff.
I would rather have the letter laser cut so no welding was needed, just clean folds and cutting.
