Sorry I made an error in the original post; I stated the it was the lower track rod end; in fact it was the upper track rod end that snapped at the tapered thread. At passenger side.
Below is the part I removed from vehicle: is this the correct part? None of the part suppliers seem to have it listed as the upper track rod end
