I have a James Baroud XXL up on top, the gaps in the roof rack tray line up perfectly with the rails under the tent, the usual pioneer trays don't line up the same apparently.
it's an expensive set up but it's rock solid and I don't regret spending an extra 25% compared to what another rack/tent combo would have cost me

I think this is the way to go for sure. Those James Baroud set-ups are mega, would love one!
