Thats a whole can of worms right there.
I'm all for supporting locally and paying a bit more if I got the service and warranty support, trouble is generally I don't. Quite often I can get it quicker from overseas as well as cheaper and they seem to give more of a damn about looking after you. Customer service is all but dead here. The yanks seem to be pretty good at it still.
Just going to get my flame suit on now.
