could not be able to get the stamps in there
if I could only see the numbers I could get a engraver pen and clean them up
I placed some paint over the area to see if I can see the little dots again if I can then I could run over them with a engraver.
it is in fact a very hard area to get into . so I hope the numbers do show so I can get the scope and take a photo .
vic roads also need to see it due to fact engine number doesn't match VIN . (engine change)
