I think I would be prepared to buy this, or an equivalent now. My transmission service is coming up very soon and I do like to change it on schedule as I don't have the equipment to flush it so they are not complete fluid changes.
If I find any contamination or wear material in the pan or filter, I would probably knock up something then.
Last time, the oil and filter was spotless though.
