If you blokes Google any totally independent bolt torque chart it will tell you.
M8 std thread, 12.9 = 45Nm or 33 ft/lb.
When in doubt I always refer to these, at least for non specialist type bolts.
Make sure it is the correct specified 12.9 bolt though. I'd be more concerned about that actually.
