Agree with Wes, 303 Aerospace Protectant to clean and protect the top, silicon spray for the zippers and Vu-plex for the windows.
Vu-plex is a plastic polish so great for soft top windows, interior windows on cars with window tint, headlights, tail lights, reversing mirrors etc.
