After more reading, measuring and a helpful chat with Wooders I suspect my castor adjustments may have had something to do with bringing these components into a collision course. To try and achieve the correct castor in my car I had to pack the lower arms forward a considerable amount where I suspect that I should have used a combination of packing the lower arm and a shortened upper arm. As I am running stock arms I cannot do this and suspect that there are not any adjustable arms out there that have a shorter than stock minimum length.

I believe that the reason I have incurred this weird issue would be because my lift is a little on the low side!(First for everything hey!) Although I am running approximately 4.5 front and rear I suspect that this might be a little too low to be running the Rough Country drop brackets.
