Thought I didn't get a rear middle headrest with my JK... Honestly didn't think about it too much and wasn't phased as it meant I didn't have to remove it to improve rear visibility and it would discourage people from sitting in the middle... Found it over 10 months after getting the car, wedged under the front driver's seat.
