Semi float aka stock JK setups will always bend at the flanges 1st regardless of 30 or 35 spline shafts - the flanges cop all the side loading when bouncing off road on funny angles hence the twist.
Full float running on outer bearings is obviously best but that is a whoooolllllle other ball game - min ful width setup for starters, 5 on 5.5 stud pattern blah blah blah........
