I hope you had a LOT more work done than broken studs and a tensioner.
Otherwise you got ripped of BIG TIME.
If he's refusing to work on you Jeep, he's done you a favor, Go to a reputable Jeep mechanic, get things fixed properly and still end up in front financially.
