Moving TJ from WA to VIC - Road Worthy

Very long time lurker on this site. Have been wanting a Jeep for quite some time.
Finally in a position to purchase. I have my eye on a relatively modded TJ in WA and keen on shipping it over here to Victoria.
Lift, kit, 33's, lockers etc.
I'm hoping someone could give me some advice on the difficulty on getting a road worthy cert for modified TJ's here in VIC? I have read a short thread on VIC rules being quite stringent. But I'm seeing some TJ's for sale in Victoria including road worthy certs that sit outside of these stringent regs.
Any experience or advice on this page that could provide some guidance? The vehicle comes with an engineering certificate for the suspension mods, albeit this was engineered in WA. Not sure if this helps.
