Welcome to Jeep after-sales service... my local dealership can’t even do a service without overfilling the oil or remembering to rotate the tyres. Or when they do remove & replace wheels, they do so with a rattle gun and overtorque the wheel bolts to the point the bolt heads are loose... As for faults - if it can’t be “fixed” by something that comes in a pressure-pack can, they’re out of their depth.
