Can any one who has 16's on a vehicle that had 17's from factory confirm they fit. To me if you went from the 17 alloy to a steel 16 it would be close.

I'd be interested to know if the 16" rims would fit - I've been told the same thing with the size of the brakes on the >2007 JK's
