Default Poor experience with JBA so far
Just as a heads up to anyone who is considering dealing with them.

I ordered 18/5/21 and was advised up to 30 days before they’ll get dispatched- fair enough.

I contacted them at day 31 as I’d had no further comms. No answer. Tried calling (during their business hours) no answer.

Found out others in the US had ordered 3 weeks after me and got theirs.

I’ve re-emailed this morning and will attempt to call again tonight.

So far not a professional experience…
