drove up to Taree with the alternator from my white one, and its battery, R&R the dud one from the black one in <60min, then drove it home from where there, having been left after it broke down when my son borrowed it over Easter.
Took a few questions to ascertain he had been driving with a red light on...would of fkd most people though...although I do have 2nd spare, that I bought off a dude that used to carry it as a spare when he did Outback trips...sensible fellow
how easy is it to replace brushes on these?
whats the external plastic box bolted on..is that the regulator?
