On a hoist it takes about 30mins a side, just let go the sway bar links and the rear shockers lower the diff and viola out comes the old and in with the new and install what you have removed.
My daughters wj laredo has the factory fitted up country tow pack and she tows a 2 tonne horse float and it doesn't cause the cars bum to drag or even deflect downwards very much at all. Is yours a laredo or limited because i find the limited's are very softly sprung.

1999, July built, WJ Laredo. I didn't think the rear ones were to complicated but the front ones, l don't know.
