Firstly I just wanted to thanks everyone who took the time to respond to my thread.
After working through a small suggested list of things to check. I was able to track the problem down to a split in the hose from the Intercooler to the throttle body.
I also noticed that when I put my hand underneath the hose at the radiator end there was a considerable amount of what looked like oil or diesel.
Original part from Jeep was a only $270 and once diagnosed took about 45mins to replace.
The part no for the hose is - 55037958AB
