FT,

Not sure if it fits into the 'major' category but what about going glass for the body panels too ?

They're not real curvy and should be pretty easy for a good bodywork dude to knock up. Then you can sell the molds to other scumbag comp Jeepers too to recoup costs

+got plastic fuel cell ? 15 L (15kg) vs 60L (60kg)

I'd be losing the rear winch too. Didn't think rockcrawlers ran winches anyway ?(other than front diff squeezers for big climbs) Lose em both...If u must run front and rear why not use a hitch/chain mounted number ? eg brawn/warn cradle

Attack those tupperware seats with a hole saw. Few nice holes in strategic places will work wonders.

btw if u still need mirrors run $1 adhesive convex jobs from supercheap on your front cage legs - they're surprisingly effective.

Shifter knobs are overrated - pizz em off & wrap thread with race tape

Pull heater hoses and run a short hose between the two heater ports on the block to bypass the heater.

Got a good radiator ? rack the radiator fan off (pick up a few hp too!) as u prob won't be running long enough to heat up or if u already run a thermo.

run a gondwana-style exhaust up high to the cage. Less length - less weight and no rock rash. Just tell Zach to mind his little girl hands :P

Go the ultralight Firetruck !!
