Default ECU/PCM Needed

My Jeep is dead ! My TJ has finally died , I need a replacement PCM/ECU , she has limped along the last couple of years with a TPS code coming up every now and then, I would reset the code and all would be well for 3-4 months even replaced the TPS with new one 2 years ago but the fault still persisted.
Last week the code came up again but would not reset. (it also displayed a higher value for the TPS on the scanner.) I tried the usual stuff of testing everything , voltages , continuity , earthing etc. I disconnected the battery , left it overnight , but after reconnect the PCM/ECU went haywire. Car cranks but not starting , some gauges work , some don't . Engine light is on and the key immobiliser is flashing. Scanner won't connect.

Has anyone changed a PCM/ECU lately? My TJ is 2002 manual in Brisbane

Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks
