Interesting, I didn't know that. My personal experience is mostly on European cars with coil on plug setups and generally speaking, those kinds of coils either just work or they don't, but when they do act up it's never been temperature related. Interesting to know either way, will have a new coil this Friday and will see what happens after I swap that.
