I was going to base it off a CJ and work from there. I looked all over the net at all of the Rock Crawling websites and have come to the opinion that a full tube is ok but definatly outside the budget that I have.
As suggested I have a copy of the rules and starting the go through them. After reading the threads also I am wondering if the vehicle based buggy would be as competitive but they would be fun to have a crack at and would increase exposure to the sport for the average man about town.
Now its about looking for the solid base vehicle and going from there.
