So whats to do when a death wobble happens?

Is slamming the ABS brakes on the best thing, or just to hold onto the steering wheel for dear life until the speed decreases without braking? Pull the hand brake?

IS there a way to arrest control of the steering again?

Intriguing that this is happening to stock vehicles. I have a stock JKU with 25K on the odo. Why is this affecting Stock JKUs and not 2 door JKs?

In 23 years of 1 owner XJ - (lifted 2" add a leaf only in rear for payload purposes), I only recently had mild wobble downhill both with and without braking, and I replaced both ball joints with the problem gone.

Why are the ball joints in the JKU and JLU now failing straight out of the factory? Should have a recall....
