Sounds like its all working out pretty perfect for you. Just wondering, where the brackets go through the window section, What have you done with the windows themselves in the way of getting them to seal on the bottom lip? Do you not clip it in under the lip or do you cut a small section of the plastic away so it can still clip in for the majority of it?
