Lift won't change the height of the pumpkin. I wonder how they figure it should be 10.1"?
You made me curious, so I just went & measured mine. 9 1/2" rear, 10" front on 265s.
Maybe they measured the front, and if the shape of the Rubi D44's is a bit different, that gives a bit more clearance?
