Sorry - can’t help restore your faith. I’ve found they can’t even properly complete a scheduled service on their own vehicles. Mine has several ongoing and recurrent faults that Jeep dealers are either incapable or uninterested in fixing. Frankly, I won’t buy another because it’s been such a shit ownership experience - once you buy one, you’re on your own. I’d have rocks in my head to sign up for another round of the same.
