its too thin to use an easyout. If there is a stub sticking out, vice grips may be good. 50/50 acetone (nail polish remover) & atf is the best anti seize for this. A bit of heat from a butane torch helps. Be careful not to over heat the alloy though. If no luck, the 3 remaining bolts should be more than enough. Use plenty of silicone when you put it back together & anti seize paste like copperkote or the ally one would be better.
