There was a firmware flash available from your Jeep dealer many years ago to resolve the low battery alarm issue. Mine was fixed after dropping the vehicle off un-announced on a tilt tray.
The other historical issue is a cracked transmission shifter PCB. There is a repro board available from Europe (jeepswj.com, the vendors of the WJDiag App) if required. Although you may be able to repair it if that is the issue.
