You can add custom gauges to the scangauge 2, using what they call "x-gauge" codes. Can read trans temp for both the 545rfe and NAG1/W5A580.
Try this x-gauge for the CRD;
TXD: 07E1215C
RXF: 0461055C0000
RXD: 4808
MTH: 00010001FFCE
