Absolutely from what you have gathered here, you can already expect how dealers should react, and you should not be shortfall.

Resort to FCA contacts on here if you find difficulties. You can claim your Taxi/Uber fares to FCA(I did today) in the event you need to get to the dealer and back. Tow truck expenses etc.

The matter is handled well on this occasion( if you are part of the recall), but there is still some confusion on the "dealers" end, as they DO NOT know if their work is being covered by FCA - That is the only delays I have seen.

I have received the cheque for the Tow truck, so FCA are very quick.
