Plenty of online guides for rebuilding warn winches and relatively easy. Simply put, pullnit apart, clean the crud from the motor as most likely the brushes are stuck and clean out the gears at the other end, regrease and reassemble. Though it could be the solenoids as well. Best thing before pulling it all out is run a multimeter across the motor terminals while tring to run it to see ifnits getting power. That said you should strip it down once a year for regular maintenance anyways.
