Make sure you mention that N23 update problem. Make sure you mention that you want this fixed because you have contacted the ACCC about this problem.
Book in at your local dealership when ready and say you want the latest update to fix the N23 problem, you may get Huh? from the service manager!
Asked to have the Service Bulletin # '21-022-14 REV. A' done to fix the 'service 4wd system' warning light, unable to place into low range problem.
Also mention that you have contacted Jeep Australia about the problem and you have case number with them.
Jeep Australia paid for the service done on my vehicle!!!! yeah I know....I nearly fell over!
