Take it to your dealer and ask for them to contact FCA on your behalf. Its
NOT A RECALL its a
customer satisfaction program as a lot of dealers didn't do the update as per the instructions ie connecting a battery charger and keeping the volts at 13.0 to 13.5 volts constant.
They may try the "that's the USA only" BS but its not. The same software was used in all N23 recalls across the globe.

Sounds like your dealer is not on the same page as the new FCA manager is. I would send off a complaint about the dealer anyway, they need a kick up the ass.
