I have the exact same sound on my WJ 4.7. The leak goes away after driving it for about 1min as the manifold heats up it expands and closes the gap.
I had a exhaust shop look at it for me, they are knowledgeable about Jeeps, and at first they suggested it to be a cracked manifold (which is common) but in my case the passenger side rear most manifold bolt has snapped off.
The shop quoted me approx $400-450 to remove the manifold, remove the broken bolt, and put everything back. The WJ has little to no room around the exhaust manifolds so they said it was a massive job, hence the price... Maybe its easier to work on the WH.
