Got sick of my eyesore of a sound bar that had no fabric, just that crappy foam that is the colour of this forum background.
The foam was all scratched, so i pulled off the trim, disconnected the light and the speakers, removed the speakers, and scrubbed the foam off with a fingernail brush. It took it off quite well. Then i gave it a once-over with a green scourer, wiped it down, and sprayed it in gloss black from a rattle can. 2 coats 5 minutes apart. With the ribbed texture of the plastic it is almost impossible to get drips.
Put it all back in and it looks a LOT better. Not the eyesore it used to be.
