A few rules around bumpers. You'll get looked at if anything might damage pedestrians and things like mudflaps depending on where you live, stubby bars can be an issue.
Lights are pretty much anything goes as long as you don't turn them on, offroad only. A couple of extra driving lights or light bar not roof mounted connected to high beam are usually ok.
