As for the screw holes in the rear bumper, I failed in my attempt to have the Jeep dealership replace a simple metal clip that holds a piece of trim down in the footwell. Even after I mentioned it to 4 different people during the booking and check in process on its first 1000km service. Guess what... not fixed.

Will try and repair it myself and will service the car through a mechanic for the rest of its life now due to that experience. The only thing I lose is the included roadside breakdown service, but that costs $99 per year with the NRMA in NSW. Small price to pay to actually have something done properly.
