Default Intermittent N to D harsh shift
I recently noticed my 2006 Cherokee KJ Diesel (175K Km) started shifting harsh (like a thump) when going from N to D (Auto Trans). Doesn't always occur, and seems to be mainly first thing in morning or when sitting for a few hours. Once the Auto is warm it seems to be fine.

Fluids always changed at 50K Km intervals and due again around 200K Km.
Fluid used is Penrite ATF+4 full synthetic.
Filter kit is WIX-58843.

Shift quality otherwise is perfect.

Anyone else having similar issues and should I be worried ?
